Beverley A. Powell is a Licensed Menopause Champion, Accredited Life Coach, author, and strategic diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) leader with more than 25 years of experience working in senior leadership and management roles across the public sector. Her career spans the NHS, policing, and the criminal justice system, where she has led work focused on equality, workforce wellbeing, and inclusive leadership.
As a menopause advocate and member of national menopause networks, Beverley is committed to raising awareness of menopause as a significant health, wellbeing, and workplace issue. Her work highlights how menopause can intersect with leadership responsibilities, identity, and cultural expectations, particularly for Black women and women of colour.
Through her coaching practice and the Rest Rise Reclaim philosophy, Beverley supports women to navigate menopause with knowledge, confidence, and compassion for themselves. Her approach combines evidence-informed insight, reflective practice, and leadership development. She works with women experiencing career transitions, burnout, imposter syndrome, or menopause-related changes, helping them reconnect with their strengths and redefine leadership in this season of life.
Beverley delivers workshops, coaching, and talks that explore the relationship between health, wellbeing, leadership, and identity. Her work creates safe and culturally informed spaces where women can reflect, learn, and develop strategies to support both their personal wellbeing and professional leadership journey
