Cherry Rock Lifestyle was founded in 2008 when my husband and I lived in the Okanagan Valley. Using the elements of nature to support health and wellness, the logo was formed by using a cherry and the mountain in the background. Cheris’ nickname is also Cherry. Cheris was born and raised in southern Alberta and returned home in 2013.

Mission: I am a movement advocate who helps people regain their independence, take back their self-worth and improve their relationships while aiding in the maintenance of the Activities of Daily Living (ADL).

Vision: To help all people make personal lifestyle changes that promotes health, fitness, holistic nutrition and wellness over a lifetime.

Cherry Rock Lifestyle also provides onsite and offsite group wellness/fitness classes holistic nutritional consultants and plans and in-studio or home personal ADL rehabilitation/maintenance services.
