I see you; I feel you; I am you, because I am living through the experience of Peri-Meno right now! My personal journey inspired me to keep asking questions and to keep learning, so that I could help as many women as possible. I am a Licensed Menopause Champion, (or as I like to call myself “Menopause Concierge”) as certified by Menopause Experts Group and I am proud to be working in partnership with them, because it means I can relate my personal experience in more detail than what you have already seen and provide you with the most up to date information and research on Meno.

So, the Mimi Moon Movement Shout, shout, let it all out! Goes a little something like this….After a light warm up, at your pace and distance, we will move with a walk, while we share stories.
