I am married and a mother of two young teenagers. I have been going through the peri-menopause for the last 10 years. Educated with a BSc (Hons) Biotechnology with Management and a diverse medical background from 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I have a very good understanding of disease areas including symptoms, diagnosis and treatments.

From my own experience of going through early perimenopause while working in the corporate industry, I understand the emotional and physical challenges faced personally and the impact it has socially and professionally.

My ambition is for progress, creating awareness and empowering women with knowledge about what to expect and how to navigate the natural hormonal changes in the lead up to menopause and beyond.
