Building awareness of menopause by offering a personalised 1:2:1 coaching programme, bespoke training for organisations who believe in supporting and strengthening their workforce by nurturing women and colleagues about the hormonal and menopausal related challenges and the impact it has at work. Group sessions are available by request and organised in local communities.
