Powell is a Licensed Menopause Champion, Accredited Life Coach, and strategic DEI leader with over 25 years of leadership and management experience across the public sector, including the NHS, police service, and criminal justice system. Her work centres on supporting women, particularly women of colour, to navigate menopause, leadership transitions, and wellbeing with confidence and clarity. Drawing on her lived experience, professional expertise, and coaching practice, Beverley provides guidance that integrates health, identity, leadership development, and personal resilience. Through coaching, workshops, and speaking engagements, she supports women to rest, rise, and reclaim their voice, wellbeing, and leadership.
